Do STAC run acting/drama courses for adults?
No but coming along and seeing others in action can be useful to those wishing to learn. Worcester College of Technology run a course which several of our members have undertaken.

Does STAC have a youth section/run courses for children?
STAC don't but Worcester live do. Check out the youth theatre site.

When and where do STAC meet/rehearse?
Most of our rehearsals take place in the studio block (adjacent to the main theatre building) on Monday/Thursday evenings and at weekends. We do occasionally rehearse at other times and venues. We also hold social events from time to time which can be a great way for members who are not working on a production to keep in touch.

In what ways can members get involved? We require people not just for acting but for backstage work, sound and lighting, props, directing, set design and building, wardrobe, publicity, admin, play selection etc.

What about stewarding at shows/bar work etc? These duties are carried out by volunteers and organised by Worcester Live who will be very grateful for your help. Email operations@worcesterlive.co.uk to find out more.

Can I bring a baby to Children's Theatre? Yes − there are no minimum age limits but please remove any infant who becomes excessively noisy from the auditorium. Children under two years old and not requiring a seat are admintted free of charge.
